Guatemala Antigua Jauja Rosario Washed

We roast this one for espresso based drinks. It is at its best in a cappuccino or a latte, where the brown sugar and milk chocolate sit against a little fat and sugar. On pour over, the green apple comes forward and the body stays silky. Enjoy!
