This blend includes Colombia Tolima Regional Excelso & Burundi Kibingo Washed

It is built for espresso based drinks with steamed milk, and it also makes a delicious cold brew and is great on AeroPress. It reminds us of cocoa, hibiscus, and melon over a base of panela sugar and dark chocolate, with a mild acidity and a clear lime note. Enjoy!
