This coffee took over as our everyday roast. On espresso, it reminds us of dark chocolate, hazelnut, and panela sugar, and the acidity is medium with a citrus edge. To bring out more of the cherry and orange blossom, brew this coffee on pour over or as cold brew. Enjoy!
