This blend includes Colombia Tolima Regional Excelso & Ethiopia Guji Shakiso Gigesa Washed

It is built for espresso based drinks with steamed milk, and it also makes a good cold brew and pour over. It reminds us of dark chocolate and panela sugar with orange blossom and peach over the top, and the acidity is medium and citric. Enjoy!
